Sim to the donating a laptop – ask dhl (they are American after all) to send the laptop for free with their next run to the area – keep calling different co’s until someone says “yes”

Why not ask Bill (Gates) or a large oz co to donate the laptop. Lotsa co’s employ marketing dept’s to give them good rep ij the public eye. Some would jump at the chance for a bit or spin and a photo op. donating a laptop etc
